Those are the scanners.
As you've added your server to Gametracker, and taken ownership, one would naturally assume you wished the server to be scanned for statistical purposes. You are at liberty to turn off scanning permissions at any time in you server; http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258 I am a community user.
