How do I fix this? or is there something needs to be done? and yes my game version is same with the servers but still can't connect whenever i try to put the IP address and Port no.

To be clear: Gametracker does not manage any game servers, nor involve itself in their management. Gametracker does however support tracking of approx. 100 game/server types.

Without information regarding game type, or what account you are speaking about (steam maybe?) it is unlikely that anyone else will be able to offer advice either.

If it is a steam issue, I would suggest contacting them directly.
If it is an issue with a particular server, then I would suggest contacting the server owners directly.
