i have open neccesarry permission's for my ts3 to scan it my teamspeak on gt but unfortunately it's getting some problem i have whitelist already ip's of gt and from linux i have type this command also iptables -F but still some problem not scanning my ts3 server ... as u can see in screenshot .. http://prntscr.com/bt6qm9

Is your dns resolving to the correct IP address ?
Please physically check this via ICMP echo, as it often takes time to propagate.

I can assure you that the problem isn't at the Gametracker end, simply because it never is.

I did a telnet to your server. I then issued the command 'serverinfo'

I was also unable to issue 'use port 9987'
