Hello, i don't now why my server in gametracker offline like Down ( Last scanned 12 minutes 26 seconds ago ), But i see my server in-game it's online and he's 13/32 players i join and it work not down !

I can assure you that, for the sake of a single 12 minute 'gap' in scanning, your rank will be unaffected by any degree that you are capable of measuring.

There is nothing unusual in an occasional 12 minute interval.
Most often, an intermittent inability to scan is the fault of the server or network.
