Your server is currently showing as Alive and being scanned.
It will invariably be an issue with the game server or hosting service.
The usual causes for intermittent scanning will be the host server firewall, poor connectivity or server plugins.

Gametracker has no ability to 'create' statistics for you, even on the unusual occasion when Gametracker scanning has for some reason been slow or unresponsive.

It would not be logical to do so, and in any case it remains impossible.

From what I remember, CSGO stops reporting players after about 55 players. Until they decide to fix it, you'll continue to run into that issue.

If you want them to fix it faster, contact the developers of the game.

If you would look at the hundreds of servers continuing to report correctly;

and then consider that yours is apparently not doing so, you must logically assume that the fault is most likely with your server.
It may be, as previously stated, firewall, connection or plugin related, or as Burn has suggested a bug in the game.

But in none of those can Gametracker do anything to help you, as they are beyond our control.


Edit to add:
I have just looked at your server in HSLW, and while the main screen shows 54/40 players (which is in and of itself quite a trick), it will not display any player names in the right side panel

Other CSG servers are reporting their players (I assume correctly), and for as many as 46 players.
