Hello, it seems this bug appread like mroe than 3 months ago, but I kept ignoring it. I tried to remove and re-add into gametracker with no luck. Other websites shows players activity, moreover other server ip adresses works correctly (I have 3 servers, 1 server on 1 IP, and 2 servers on 1 IP). The issue is with 1 server on 1 IP, shows that the server is online, but with 0 active players.
IP: 91.211.244.191 Port: 7707 and Query Port: 7717 My VPS providers told me that they are not blocking any ports nor any ip adresses. |

I note that this server has numerous plugins/addons.
It is often the case that these can block correct reporting from the server. The thing is that all 3 servers are using the same plugins/maps (only difference is ip adresses)

I might try to reinstall the server's OS (all servers using the same configurations/OS versions/same VPS provider) and reinstall the server, by taking again from working configurations. I hope it will fix the issue.
