I got NR on my server before 1 month for no reason , I request for reranking on http://www.gametracker.com/forums/forum.php?site=1&thread=75205 since I got NR but they refuse me I already post it again in 10 days they already refuse me . Now I got new IP yesterday I open it and the next day they NR me again because they thought that I put fake players in it . I have very strong plugins on my server for antifakeplayers and bots , Im using host krond.org and server from csblackdevil.com that where I got players from .Please derank my server whoever done it ,Im saying you done it for no reason I don't use fake players I never used them

You can rest assured that the deranking was legitimate. There is a link in the thread you mention which describes an exhaustive list of reasons servers may be deranked or banned.

What we encourage you to do is actually meet the requirements posted:

1) Server must be online.
2) Server must have 3 or fewer fake players or idlers.
3) Server must be running a supported game.
4) Trade/idle/achievement maps should not be running, if applicable.

Please note that repeated unsuccessful requests reduces your chances of a successful appeal. (as does playing stupid)
