Hello,
We recently claimed our cs:go server (IP : 62.210.115.183:27015) at #ETernal Clan ( http://www.gametracker.com/clan/ET-Clan/ ) but the tracker doesn't seem to work properly. Indeed, players are not tracked and when someone connects, it appears to be offline. What did we do wrong ? Do we have to re-claim the server ? Best regards, ETernal Clan Leading Team |

http://www.gametracker.com/forums/forum.php?site=1&thread=108248 Player tracking is not 'live'. The server (when accessible) will be scanned approximately every 4 minutes. This can be quite variable, and may easily range from 2 - 6 minutes in normal operation, but most usually every 2-4 minutes. The server page in Gametracker does not display that latest scan results, but displays the previous scan results (while scans from 150000 servers are being evaluated for display) I am a community user. Good evening,
To begin with, thanks for you reply. Our cs:go server is running on a dedicated server so there is no possible connection issue. Moreover we're having a few Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory servers which are tracked well. Players stayed long enough on it to be tracked so the last possibility I found was the server query configuration. I updated the server with the following lines and I'll reply here later wether it works or not. //Gametracker tracking host_name_store 1 host_info_show 1 host_players_show 2 Sincerely, |
