Hi, I can't find anywhere to submit a support ticket so I'm hoping this would be the right place. My server is an Arma 3 Exilemod server with the IP and port 162.248.247.14:3302 however when I added it to game tracker so I could place a widget on my clansite it finds a different server that isn't ours. our server title is "[Fuch'It] PVE|Exile|APEX|DMS|VEMF|Tow|ExtBase|Tanks|APC" however game tracker reads a server titled "Epoch Altis - (0.3.1.0) SurvivalServers.com"

I opened a support ticket with survivalservers.com as they are indeed our server provider and got this response:

I am not too sure why it is showing that in gametracker. I added it to the site to test myself and sure enough it does. It doesn't look to be anything on our end. Though to double check I went into the file system and checked all the likely places it might read it from. This may be an issue on their end of reading the server wrong, as it should show your server name.

In other words completely unhelpful and clearly they don't know how to fix it so I am hoping someone from gametracker can clear that IP and port so I can re-add it and hopefully it will show our correct server.

I would suggest that you check your query port as per;

That server (162.248.247.14:3302) is currently
Join Port: 3302
Query Port: 2303

I have updated the query port of the incorrectly added server.
