hello, all the servers from my country (the real servers from it) are not there, i can see my server listed as offline with the rank and all but it's not displayed (sorry for my bad english)

Your servers are not showing online because they are either not running or you are blocking the traffic by the scanners.

Please:

1) Make sure the server is online
2) Make sure the GT scanner is not being blocked by your firewall

they are online, how do i check about the GT scanner?

I can not see any servers you list using HLSW to begin with.

EDIT: i make the thread becouse ALL of the servers from my country are not listed anymore, not just my servers

Yes, it looks like you turned your server back online. I am able to see them now too.

Please be more specific about what you mean by "ALL" and "not listed anymore". There are plenty of online AR servers. Thank you!

Same issue AGAIN, some of the 'AR' servers are listed, my servers says offline (when they're not) some of the 'AR' servers are but not all (like, 1 of 1.000)

It is not possible to ping the IP addresses, nor are the servers locatable in HLSW

This would indicate that the problem is either with your servers, or there are connectivity issues with the network (internet) affecting their visibility to the outside world.
