Sorry, I'm from Brazil, I used google translator, but I need my doubt to be healed. How do I change the ip server from cs 1.6 before it was 191.5.190.2, changed to 191.5.190.144, port 27016.

I do not want to start all over again because I have high server rank.

There is no direct feature to change the IP. However, if the ports are remaining the same, you can make use of the DNS feature:
