Hello.
I have tried contacting the abuse@gametracker.com email yet no response was given. Enough time has passed so I will post here instead.

On 2nd & 3rd December my main account (quake1337) was hijacked. I lost all claimed servers (hell, the attacker unclaimed them) as well as my password and email were changed.

Can something be done with this? I will provide all necessary details (including proof of registration on the email and previous logins I had set) - all I'm asking for is for the account to be given back to me (reset its email to what it was before the said hijack)

Thank you, and please get back to me as soon as possible.

When and if my main account is restored to my email, destroy/delete the account I'm writing from. I will never use it once I get my main back.

If the abuse team has enough information to validate that it is your account (ie. such as personal information or GT Premium information), they will try to work with you. If they do not have enough information to verify that it was your account, there's nothing they can really do. The email is the only address that will be able to assist with that type of thing.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.
