I've changed my server's query port (stupid spam attacks) and added a query whitelist.

Could you please change the Desolation Reapers TS3 query port to 9797 ?

The query port box only appears when the server is offline.

Likely it did not show offline long enough because it was in "Alive" "Scan Error" state and in that state it doesn't show anything different, so based upon your reply I would have to wait for GT to recognize it as "Offline" to change it.
