TeamSpeak 3 Server scan problem

Hi i have problem with scans on my server i have server long time on GT and yesterday gt stoped to scan my server can somebody help me?

I suggest you follow the instructions in the TS3 connection guide.
I am unable to perform the basic tests on your server because of your permissions settings.

You should also confirm that you have white listed the IP address in the list of gametracker scanning servers

i sett permisions like 7-8 months ago and all worked fine until now
whitelist ip to at same time when i set prmisions its not my first time to set permisions for scanning and i dont know whats going wrong now.. i runn one more server with same permision sistem and he is working and scaning

When one server in 11,000 is failing to scan, it is logical to assume that the failing server is at fault not the system.

As I stated previously;
"I am unable to perform the basic tests on your server because of your permissions settings."

I suggest that you follow through the instructions in the thread

if you expect any further assistance.

Arguing that "it must be gametracker" without performing all the tests we recommend will achieve nothing for you.

I can assure you, if gametracker had made a change that had any significant implications, we would be receiving reports from many server owners, not just one.

i set permisions long time ago and cheked them 100 times yesterday and today and all permisions its ok i even turn off server and restart full vps and nothing its the same problem
ps. i didnt come here to arguing i work with teamspeak servers longtime i just come here to have help from someone bcs i dont know what to do more bcs game tracker stop to scan and i checked 100 times permisions and whitelist and all its ok like in post you sended to me but i dont know what is wrong than...

if you want i can send you that other server ip you can chet there is all ok and permisons are copied from my server and ip are same just other port

Scanners must connect to your server.
I am told that gametracker scanners connect as users.

Last night I was able to connect, today I cannot.

If I cannot connect, then scanners will not be able to connect.

Perform the tests listed in the thread I posted.

how than my friends and all other user connecting to server with no problems...
im in dark here this is the first time for 5-6 years that i have this problem try to scan on port 1002 on that copy server...
i dont know what to do anymore
im even add whitelist on scaners ip on iptables i dont know what more to do and this is so fucking anoying when i cant fix that problem on my server and all other servers work fine and nothing is changed last 5-6 months on vps or anything i realy dont know what couse this problem

You currently have both TS3 servers sharing the same query port.
That is unlikely to work well
