Hello Gametracker,

I am an Owner of a couple of CS:GO servers that have 56 slots. I am having a problem with Gametracker and the way it scans my servers. When Gametracker scans my servers, it shows them as offline and it usually takes a very long time, up to 40 minutes for a scan to occur. I have the following commands in my servers config:

host_info_show 2
host_name_store 1
host_players_show 2

The servers are not having any DDOS attacks and its hosted by a very good company.
I have no firewall that blocks the host between the server and Gametracker.
I hope you can find a solution to this problem, because when I tried to find a solution, I was not able to find a concrete result on how to fix the issue.
