Speaking politics online in game servers should be a no go

In a server online is it in anyway appropriate to discuss politics in anyway shape or form? A administrator mistabob was discussing politics in game. What I found offensive was disrespecting leaders of two nations Canada and the U.S. I believe this goes against rules? Any help would be appreciated.

As for the Gametracker forum these guidelines should help a little;
http://www.gametracker.com/forums/forum.php?site=1&thread=42545

For game servers;
Gametracker does not own, operate or administer any game servers registered on this site.
The administration of game servers is left entirely to the individual owners, including their own policies any rules regarding speech and language.

If you would like to listen to an excellent debate on the subject of free speech and the licence to offend, I would suggest the following recorded debate in six parts at the Oxford Union;

For my own servers, I place limits on speech when it may cause racial or political offence, because I run a game server not a political debating forum; there are many other places to go for that purpose.
