Cant scan my server is it cause of game spy is now down or?

Ports:
3658-3659
6500
27900
16000
(All TCP and UDP)

are all open, the server machine has no firewall to eliminate that issue, fresh copy of windows so its bare at the moment.

Not sure where to find the query port so if some one knows something help me please

Gametracker does it's own scanning.

We will need more information than that;
Confirm game type is Star Wars Battlefront 2
IP address
join port
query port

Many games, such as Quake 3 for example, use a single port for query and join. I am not certain, but this would appear to be the case for Star Wars Battlefront 2 as well.

not sure where i find the query port so if you could tell me during the server setup there isnt a port for that

There is certainly some sort of firewall protection operating on that IP address in that it will not respond to ICMP echo (ping <ip>) or a tracert request.
In saying that, my game server also refuses those specific requests, yet through white listing the Gametracker query server IPs, the server responds to the Gametracker queries.

The Add Server page for the game does not require a query port, which indicates that one port is used for join and query.

There is no special advice for your game type.

We have often found that mods/addons/plugins cause problems when adding a server for the first time, some of which may be added back once the server is registered here.
If you have any of these it may be worth removing/disabling them and trying again.

The game is bone stock, windows is fresh install and so is the game very bare system.

Not all home routers are suitable for hosting game servers.
I know that mine isn't - it's rubbish.

ICMP echo is still blocked which indicates that something is blocking some requests.

If you are certain that you have properly enabled port forwarding on your router for the game, and it is still not working, you may have to consider either putting the machine into a DMZ or using a dedicated hosting service.

I am very certain, i actually didnt think about dmz i will try and see if that works.

Will not be keeping it like that but it is worth testing.

Gametracker doesn't block IPs.
If an IP address is banned, you would receive the message that the IP is banned.

Ok no worries got no idea than, i will try another game when i decide witch dedi server to run thanks :+)
