I claimed this ip 89.40.233.195:27015 and this ip 89.34.25.108:27015 (have same name) , and i want to migrate stats from 89.34.25.108:27015 to 89.40.233.195:27015 , when i migrate, stats don't migrate...

It looks like you probably moved them in the wrong direction (ie. you were on the new page and you moved the new [empty] stats to the original [full] stats). When you do it that way, you lose the stats.

I moved stats from this page http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/89.34.25.108:27015 , to the new page/ip http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/bhop.evils.ro:27015/

Dns is updated..

I migrated only after the old page.

I understand you first claimed both servers yesterday and want to move the historical player scores from the previous owner to your server.
As mentioned before,

1. You needed to be on http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/89.34.25.108:27015/manage/
2. On that link you select the new server where you want to move the player stats to.

If you do that in the opposite direction (ie. you are on the new server page), you lose the original server's player stats.

I did so, I was only on old and gave statistics to migrate to the new server
