Hello dear support i have one problem when i update dns i dont know what happen with my server rank not transfered i check dns is good is connect with new ip worked perfectly but rank stay
I mistake when i update i not claim new server just add exist any form to back old rank and to try again trasnfer because i have very much data for 2 years. My old ip is 164.132.4.160:27030 NEW ip : 178.33.189.12:27030 |

I don't see a problem? The DNS doesn't change occur immediately, it may take 24-48 hours.
