All,
Our server uses a Dynamic IP address. As a result, we use a DNS address, which resolved the problem. However, your site still shows the server as offline, with the old address, even though the DNS has been updated and reflects the new IP everywhere else (our personal join links, Steam Server list, and the ARK server list). If someone could take a look, that would be great. The server is showing as here: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/68.186.108.39:27015/ with the old IP. |

GameTracker resolves the DNS name daily. If this server stops responding to stats requests, then we resolve the DNS name more frequently.
Other than that, GT needs to be able to detect an IP change. DNS changes can take 24-48 hours to propagate.
