Hello. I'm writing you about one special case. Before 4-5 days i had written an e-mail in your abuse center (abuse@gametracker.com) about several banned ip addresses hosted by a company. Of Course i didn't receive an answer about that. For that i must change one of the ip addresses of my client to a new one. Unfortunately the new ip address was banned before in ranking. After that i decided AGAIN to post a message in the forum to remove the ban, but my post got deleted and the ban wasn't removed. After several unsuccessful attempts all that i got is - NOTHING - No explanation in e-mail, no removed bans or something else.

Can you just review this case or at least give me some explanation about everything (i have asked the same in e-mail).

It typically takes about 4-7 days for a review to be completed.
When we have reviewed your server, your post will be deleted.
After you see your post was deleted, please checked to see if we did anything.


If you are not successful:

You may not have met the posted requirements.
Some bans may be permanent, such as repeated incidents.
It may be your fault; or, it may be the fault of a prior server owner.
Not all servers will be unbanned/reranked.

1) Make a second request, but first, review the requirements again.
2) Choose one of the following: Live with it, get a new IP, get a new port.

Keep in mind that we do not provide "explanations" or "evidence" for bans. All information we provide is listed publicly. Server history is not reset with "new owners" and server hosts do not get special treatment to have their IPs unbanned.
