I used to change my IP Adress but when I claim the new IP adress and update the DNS it gets updated everytime and I recover my ranking.
I had the 257th Rank for my Teamspeak server and Now it's 9177th

It's a big problem for me and my community.
Please do something to get this fixed.

Sure, we can help advise where you may have gone wrong. What is the old server IP and new server IP? Can you confirm the DNS was on the ORIGINAL server page, then you changed the DNS's IP to point to the new server?

I can't really tell.
But, this morning I found this on my server :

This server has been detected to report fake or
idle clients and it is not eligible to be ranked.

Though, I own a huge community with 60 to 100 active clients, And I used to have only 8 music bots.

I request the mods to take a look on my case and get me back my ranking, it has gone by mistake.

You can review our guidelines and post in the link below if you wish to request it be re-ranked. We appreciate you acknowledging the validity of the deranking. Music bot derankings generally are not a big deal to us.

In terms of your original question, the problem you are facing is due to the fact that you CANNOT use the DNS feature to get around a server deranking. It was by design that you cannot exploit the DNS features to get around derankings.

1. Your original server was/is deranked 149.202.30.119:9987
2. Your new server was separately deranked 149.202.24.108:9987

I also do not see any indication you used DNS to go from 1 to 2.

I just miscopied it.
Well, just to make you understand, I changed my IP Adress but I switched back to my original one after one day because of hosting problems. So this : 149.202.24.108:9987 is my original IP Adress.
And it's still my server adress.
And I can assure you that I just found that my server has deranked this morning, so I didn't use DNS features to exploit anything.
This is a bug or a misunderstanding from yours.

Ok, thanks for clarifying. I had asked for your ORIGINAL and NEW server IPs and used the information you provided which was not correct.

To be clear:

This is your ORIGINAL server: 149.202.24.108
This is your NEW server: 92.222.115.97 (just looking at your account, still waiting for you to confirm)

What you did was set the DNS on the NEW server page (92) and used the DNS to migrate it over the ORIGINAL server page. In other words, you replaced the ORIGINAL server page with the NEW server page.

There is no way to recover permanently removed stats/rank.

Well, right, but this is not my main IP Adress : 92.222.115.97
Anyway, If the ranking is gone, remove at least my deranked status.
So I can rank up again.
