Dear Sir recently my 3 servers were hacked and de ranked from gametracker.com
servers were hacked by killer586 named account please take action against this account. The security of your servers and login to you Gametracker account are very much your own responsibility.
There is no feature to 'restore rank' to a de-ranked server. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. I accept that my security wasn't good but at least take some action against this account in order to protect other servers in future

I suggest that in future you do not give passwords or other account information to people that can not be trusted.
