I added one of my crysis servers to the server list, but I am unable to claim it because it is not able to be scanned for some reason. I have checked and my firewall is not blocking anything.

I was able to add it, but when I change the name to claim the server, it is not scanned, and the 'last scanned' time is just counting up.

Can a staff member check and see what exactly is being blocked on your end? Does this have something to do with old gamespy protocols being outdated?
