Hello everyone

I'm making this topic to know why all my servers listed on GameTracker got the NR. "Ban". I was not abusing the rules, I was not using Idle Players or even Bots.

Its there any explanation to this?

I got a bug on my "biggest" server that made him reach the top 8 world, and the top 1 of Portugal. Basicaly, I use Sourcebans on my server, and everytime someone that was banned tried to join it, server created the id of the player, but player was kicked from the server.

This happend some days ago, since my server was getting ddos, this was problaly some error with the database of sourcebans since they are not on the same dedicated machine.

What should I do? I made a request on the re-rank post but it got deleted with no answer.

PS: This was just a request to my servers got rank again, since I was not abusing because I wanted to, and the problem its solved.

General advice. Not specific to Original Poster.

Try reading and understanding the entire first post in this link.

Many people seem to believe that they were de-ranked by a malicious or unfair report - THIS IS NOT TRUE.

Servers are de-ranked because a Gametracker admin has fully investigated a report and AGREES that rules were being broken.

Most abuse reports do not result in de-rank or ban.

Owners posting a request for re-ranking claiming "we did nothing wrong" will not help their cause.
You did. We know you did.

"We were hacked" - server security is the responsibility of the server owner.
A breach in security is not an excuse. We are not responsible for your server security.
