Tengo mis servidores hace mas de 6 meses ONLINE y gametracker ahora dice que estan DOWN pero en verdad los serviores si estan on, cual puede ser el problema?

I can find neither server (131.221.34.251:27015 or 131.221.34.251:27016) using HLSW.
Both are a continuous time out as is the TS3 server on the same IP. It will either be a firewall issue or an issue with your ISP. You may find this helpful; My server will not add or shows as down, what should I do? I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. El firewall esta apagado y los servidores en linea no se que mas hacer porque hasta ayer gametracker reconocía mis servers.

In that case your server host or their network is not connecting outwards.
Your servers are still not visible using HLSW. I suggest that you contact your server host. You can see from this search https://www.gametracker.com/search/_all/CL/?searchpge=6#search that many other Chilean servers are being scanned successfully. I am a community user.
