Hello pls help me i have a COD4 server and is online and your platform show to me is offline i tray to update the status but the platform show "This server cannot be scanned ", Address: 131.221.32.70 Port: 25000
no firewall problem

My server will not add or shows as down, what should I do?

The server at IP:port 131.221.32.70:25000 can not be seen by HLSW.
If it can not be scanned by HLSW then Gametracker won't find it either.

Either your firewall is preventing contact, or there is a problem with your server connection to the internet, or a local problem with the internet.

You server is not accepting ICMP echo requests.
tracert / traceroute also fails.

ICMP echo to zglobalhost.com succeeds.
That would indicate a problem between your game server host and the ISP.

Y have this problem, Gametracker could not scan the server.

The firewall is correctly set , the server is cod4 and GT works fine until 2 days ago.

Your server is not visible on line.

It can not be seen by HLSW.
ICMP echo requests fail
tracert / traceroute do not reach the target host (131.221.32.70)

GT client is not an assistance for lack of server connectivity. It is completely unrelated.

It is possible today (but not yesterday) to ping your ISP at zglobalhost.com

Your settings are blocking connection.
