I did wanted to register a server on gametracker, but the pannel say "This server has been banned from GameTracker."

I have no idea why this happens as is a new server hosted on i3D in the netherlands?

You'll have to make a request for unban in the appropriate thread - Requests for Server Reranking and Unbans

All help as to what to post will be found in the above thread.
