Hi, add an option for teamspeak 3 for different IP for
- for voice IP (that is displayable to others, 9987 UDP as default).
AND
- query IP (that is for querying server at 10011 TCP)

Now it's only available to be the same and i and mostly others don't want it to be the same due to various antiddos reasons + me and others are using SRV record for domain (for TSDNS), so it's not possible to use that domain for 10011 querying while i would prefer to make people to see my domain instead of IP.
