If you want to close your user account that may be done by visiting your user 'Settings' page.
Changing your user name may also be done here.

If you want to delete a player name/history from a server, then you must be the owner of the page or contact the owner directly and request that they do it for you. They are under no obligation to do so.

If you want to delete a server, the server page owner may do so at any time from the server page 'Manage' option.

If you simply wish to change server owner, then the new owner must follow the instructions in the FAQ 'How can I claim my server page?'
