Is there any way to make Gametracker find servers on GameRanger? It doesn't seems to find my server.

Gametracker will allow the registering of supported games servers directly.

You can see the full list of supported games using this link;
https://www.gametracker.com/servers/ under the 'Playing' label.

I don't foresee an option to add servers from another service as Gametracker tracks servers by scanning them directly.

Without knowing your game type IP and port(s) it is impossible to say what your issue might be.
