Asking the forum is of no use if you do not read and consider the responses.
After all, you failed to mention if you had read the guide or not, and taken the recommended steps. It is therefore quite reasonable to suggest that you do so. If you have not followed the advice of the guide, then it is likely you will be wasting your time and that of others is expecting other solutions. I am a community user.
