Had some server connectivity issues over the holidays, but things are sorted now. When I went to check on server rankings (admittedly haven't checked in a while before this) I noticed none of my servers were being tracked anymore. OK, fine, they may have been offline for a while. So, I re-added them and everything seemed back to normal, until I check again today and...they're gone. I don't use boosting services, they are stock legit servers as far as I know. What gives?

When did you re-add them?
Servers are indeed removed after excessive downtime. The only explanation that I can think of; is that the server has been banned or manually removed. Try re-adding it for clarity. How do I check if it has been banned? As far as I know, I haven't received any messages indicating as such. As far as up-time, there was spotty connectivity for a couple weeks over the holidays (up-to maybe a week of downtime for a given spell), but the issues have been resolved now and up-time should be back to normal. For my info, what is the threshold for excessive downtime? I will manage up-time checks more closely if needed.
As for adding them again, that was done last Saturday (Jan. 7). All links worked again (but had lost all server stats). I did not check again during the week, so not sure when it got removed again, but was definitely gone when I checked last night. I will re-add now and monitor the situation. Any chance stats can be re-instated? |

In the case of lost statistics; it's not possible for it to be restored.
It shall propagate as time progresses; and so will the rank - that is considering that it has been ranked fairly with the same amount of players I am not sure what current threshold exists with regards to downtime. If the server has been banned; when trying to re-add them; you will receive a message in red stating that the IP / Port has been banned. If there was a significant level of downtime during last week to now; then it's safe to say that the problem can be mitigated by monitoring the situation.
