Hello,

I'm having an issue with my account . When I try to log in it says:
"ERROR:
This account has been suspended."

The only thing I could find regarding this is:
Guides & FAQs > My account is banned, which says:

A. When your profile is suspended, visiting it will provide you a message on where to contact to get your account reinstated


Which appears to not be true.

*Note: the account also had the 1st place team on GameTracker (which is now also suspended/deleted), so that might have something to do with it.


Can this be fixed or if it's intentional can I be notified why this has happened?

The message is:
"This profile has been suspended.

To appeal an account suspension, please submit an appeal via email from the email address used for the account.
Please include the account username with any email requests. You will receive a response if your appeal is successful.

Please note: Suspensions due to spamming are non-reversible."

Note that 'via email' is an email link. (abuse@gametracker.com)

So the FAQ is accurate.

Following the instructions is the only way it can be 'fixed'.
Ensure that you send the email from the same email account as was used to login to the user account.

Oh, I see, I thought it meant I should login to get this info.
