I'm one of owners of MDB Community.
We recently changed IP address and wanted to migrate players, but stats reset instead of migrate.
Server new:

Can someone from admin team add rank from old to new server and see what happend with migration, i was on old server and migrate to new one and i got reseted on new and deleted on old whole stats.

I'm sorry, but it is not possible to recover lost players statistics.

So option migrate players from other server didn't work, just delete stats from both servers? O.o

If you care about the rank here and since you have learnt your lesson, at least make this as your chance to assign a domain address for your new server and update your GT server settings to use that domain so this type of a issue won't happen to you again.

By doing this there is no need to go through all the migration mess and just edit new IPs in your domain CP, plus you get to keep your current server rank and that rank will go up/down depending on amount of players from there on.

And yes, there are many free domain providers.
