I read the rules and I think this is the appropriate from to post this.

Yesterday 22/05/2018 the setinfo of one of the server owners got stolen,the 2 hackers banned everyone and claimed the server just to make us lose our rank (-top200) and the stats of all our beloved players.
Please note that I had the server on this account "DzairStrike" and the one menaging it now "fedo" is my friend and an owner,same goes to "karimoo97" that wrote this topic on my behalf.

What do we want ?:

We fixed what they did by unbanning all our players and reinforcing the security of our server to prevent this from happening again,the only thing we couldn't do is getting back our server rank and the players stats,Is it possible to do so or is it gone forever ? if it's doable what are the steps ? will it work just by claiming the server again with this account "Dzair Strike" ? or is there more steps that we'll need to do ? I'm ready to do anything needed.


Little security suggestion ?:

Add a 24h Hold after claiming a server,during it the actual menager can cancel the new claim by changing the server name to "GametrackerClaimCancel" or something like this

To conclude :

I think I provided all the needed information for my request.
We really hope that our problem will be fixed so we can get our rank and stats back,it's so frustrating to work hard for something and then lose it to some Hackers with no dignity

@Dzairstrike — The information on the server page can only be deleted / altered if someone had access to the GameTracker account that has taken ownership of the server.

You are solely responsible for the actions taken on your account.

Ensure that you change your password and E-mail that has been tied to the account.

Use a stronger password and do not share your account details.

The rank will not be restored as it is lost.

You will re-gain such by re-adding your server and let it propagate.

Player historical data is completely lost and will of course have to be re-gained.

Please note that the gametracker account never got hacked and we didn't restart the stats,they just claimed the sv by chnging its name.

example :
A server is Menaged By X and is ranked 50
Y claimd the server and now its ranked 2000
If X claims the server back will it be ranked 50 ? or 2000
What can X do to get his server stats back ?

IMPORTANT UPDATE !!
I have found the stats and everything ! they stole them and used them in their server !
but how ? i think they claimed our server,got the gametracker page and changed the ip to thiers

please tell me that you won't allow them to get away with this !

SUMMARY :

They stole the setinfo _pw of one of our owners,they used the rcon to change the server's name to claim it in gametracker and then they changed the ip to theirs.
There is enough evidence provided in this topic to support what I'm saying so please help us get our gametracker page back

We do not intervene in such disputes at any level.
