Hello,
My server is taking long time for scan. This happened before but admin fixed from their side. i do not have a firewall which prevents the scan. Please check. |

Not knowing which server you are speaking of makes it very difficult to investigate.

same issue again.

There have been no issues with Gametracker scanning over this period.
I have seen no particular issues with your server / server page. Each time I have looked, it is being scanned normally. The only advice that can be offered is here: My server will not add or shows as down, what should I do? There are many factors over which neither you nor Gametracker have any control. The loss of scanning that you most recently experienced is very likely due to your change of dns host name. Gametracker has no control over the length of time it takes dns updates to propagate through the internet. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. 1- No firewall issues since its disabled
2- No issue with gameserver hosted on OVH 3- No DNS issue as it is resolving properly. it just happens out of sudden and then it says scan for like 30 minutes to 1 hour then automatically it scans. |

Gametracker is currently scanning over 100000 servers successfully.
If you are having an intermittent issue with one server, you must logically assume that the problem is outside Gametracker. I am a community user.
