I gave the all needed information WITH PROOF that some individuals made themselves admins in our server by stealing an owner SETINFO which means they had acces to RCON that allowed them to Change the SERVER NAME to GameTrackerClaimServer to claim it in your website,these people stole OUR RANK,OUR STATS and OUR HARD WORK in just few minutes.
The sad thing is that wePROVIDED enough EVIDENCE to have them BLACK-LISTED and to have your support to get back what's our,but no ! this is the answer we got

This isn't a dispute,you clearly didn't even focus while reading our complain,We reported those DISHONEST people to prevent them from causing more DAMAGE and HURTING the INTRESTS of the LEGIT users of GAME TRACKER.
We also suggested a SOLUTION to what I think is a SECURITY HOLE that hurts the USERS of this website,if claiming a server had a 24h HOLD as WE suggested I wouldn't be here writing this.
finally we asked for help to recover our right,we just need 5minutes of any admin's time and the problem is solved

SO PLEASE,PLEASE ANY ADMIN CAN DO WHAT'S RIGHT BY HELPING US RESOLVE THIS COMPLAIN

yes GT admin is right i fully support him. Thier job is different. Your server getting hacked its your own responsibility . Just disable RCON and make your life easy.

One of your organisation allowed a password to be shared thus causing you this difficulty.

That is incompetence and your organisation's responsibility, and nothing else.

Learn from the mistake and move on.
