We can see it (server 1) on Gameservers, but we can't find it anymore here on Game Tracker, in spite of the fact that it had been previously added.

There are many other registered BO servers in the database that are scanning perfectly fine; and thus, showing as on-line.
We can logically assume that is NOT a bug. Servers, on GameTracker, are deleted from the database, when there is extended down-time. This process is automatic. Other explanations can be found here (FAQ on deleted servers). Feel free to provide us with the IP/Port of the server in question.
