hello peeps my servers show offline although my server is online and there is a lot of players there !

but when i try to add it in gametracker it give me it is offline , so i want to explain where is the problem if it from my side or from yours

i did all steps to add this server in gametrucker so what am i missed !?
1- my servers online.
2- my ports is correct.
3- the 3rd thing i'm not sure about it , so i want to any advice to know how i can know my fire wall doesn't block any thing ?
but i don't think the problem from there cuz i can test ping in these ips
