Hello i have a counter strike 1.6 server ip: 193.203.39.135:27015
https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/193.203.39.135:27015/ The server banner works under 10 players, when the server reach over 10 players the banner show server offline, I checked the server, all ports are ok and there's no gametracker scans ip blacklisted. |

It would appear to be a more localised problem: https://www.gametracker.com/search/cs/RO/?searchipp=50#search <- Many Romanian servers being scanned correctly.
