I recently had a DNS issue which resulted in the IP not resolving from my domain (cg.civilservers.net)
This issue is now resolved but the server still appears as non existant https://cache.gametracker.com/server_info/cg.civilservers.net:27015/ However, the server and its rank are still visible here, can I please get the server with the domain reactivated because the last time i tried to fix this myself i ended up losing my servers data. https://i.gyazo.com/326ee03eec854cf8b9b71f33004fc90a.png |

When it's gone it's gone.
When a server is dropped by the system all of its associated history is also removed. You will have to add it back manually. I am a community user. When i try to re-add it says the domain does not resolve
The domain I'm using is cg.civilservers.net and does resolve correctly from my computer |

Add it with the current IP address and, then after taking ownership, update it to use dns.
cg.civilservers.net resolves fine for me from a dos prompt I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. I already have it added with the IP ( https://cache.gametracker.com/server_info/208.103.169.208:27015/manage/ )
And the DNS is currently set to cg.civilservers.net |
