For years now I have been uploading screenshots of maps for a server that I play on. Currently at over 213 uploaded images. For some reason this past week my map uploads have been consistently rejected. I do not understand why. I have a strong understanding of what is a map icon that would be approved so it does not make sense why my uploads are being rejected.

I have a feeling some people will recite to me the upload rules as a response, but with over 200 approved uploads you rest assured I know the rules by now.

The most recent image I submitted for de_cup2_brute in CS 1.6 was rejected and I wasn't sure why. I came here and saw this post.

I too have uploaded plenty of other map images that have been accepted without issue. The image in question was of one of the maps bombsite areas, was decent quality, and had no branding. https://imgur.com/9h5lLxt

Good to know I am not the only one being rejected. It is frustrating because we use these uploaded map icons for a vote map menu that pops up. Most players do not know the map names so they vote randomly.

Any input from Gametracker on this issue?

I wish we had images for map votes in CS 1.6.

I upload missing images so the gametracker info with the server and current map that displays on my clan's homepage and forum will have an actual picture, and hopefully make it more attractive to potential players (plus it just looks nicer). I also usually provide an image of my own maps after I make them.

So, recently I updated a image for one of my maps (it had the dimensions required and file was smaller than maximum size) but it was rejected. Anyone have any idea why it was rejected? Thanks for any reply !

Every single map image was rejected which I uploaded last week.

I know the rules and in my opinion my images should be correct.

I used these images in compressed format.

all last MAP IMAGE i upload Rejected
Upload a new image for map not have a thumbnails
and upload a new one to fix wrong image
I can not understand why they all refused, Knowing that I have done my best
as I did before
Following all instructions on the side (160*120 pixels,....)

So do the moderators on here actually help people, or is it basically a fob off to use the forum, as i dont see many people getting answers from staff.
I also have a very annoying issue with this, tbh im sure it should break a rule of the site but i guess not, anyways does anyone have any solid info on why pics are rejected, because right now the map pic for 1 of my servers has been changed by a rival group, how they accessed my account i dont know, but now when i try replce the pic Gametracker keep rejecting them for no reason.
