Gametracker marks legitimate players as bots

Hi, I came to report something that might affect the ranking of my server.

Gametracker seems to be marking some legitimate players as BOT on the tracking page.
My server:

https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/92.119.148.3:27015/

Proof they're legit players:

A lot of servers from our community got deranked unfairly, despite being normal servers without using any idle clients to gain ranking.

Thanks in advance.

Moved: Not a Gametracker bug.

Gametracker can only report what the server 'tells' it.

Bots (or real players) that are reported as bots do not count towards rank and will not cause a server to be de-ranked.

Hi! Thanks for your reply.

The server seems to be reporting the players correctly, though.
Whenever a bot is in the server, if you type the Statuscommand in console, it will display something of this sort: #1041 "Greg" BOT active 64.

I don't want to blame Gametracker, but I believe something is wrong in either side, and I cannot figure out what could be the issue on our side, as everything seems just fine.

Thanks
