When I tried to claim that server I could not claim it

Let's be clear; You must already own and have access to the game server.

Here (on Gametracker) you can claim the 'server page' not the physical server.

You can not change a server name from Gametracker. It must be changed at the server console or in the configuration files.

No.
A new IP is a new server.

I claim a server on GameTracker.

Its name is GameTrackerClimServer.

I need to change its name now.

Now what should I do

Change the name in the same way you changed it to "GameTrackerClimServer"
