I'm the server owner for several servers. At the start of each month I reset the Player Stats on those servers.

It worked fine a month ago but now when I click the button to Reset Player Stats I get a response "Permission Denied".

I thought it might be due to system maintenance or something so I waited more than 12 hours to try again, and same result.

I have no difficulty getting to the manage page of each server. And nothing has changed on our end (no password changes or ownership changes) for over a year.

So I'm not sure why I'm unable to Reset the Player Stats this month.

p.s. I just tried to post this using my "poqclan" ID and also got Permission Denied just trying to post! But after logging in as Technut and then back in as poqclan it has fixed itself now (see next post).

It seems to have resolved itself.

I had logged out and back in and had also tried it on two different browsers and had the same problem on both, which made me think it wasn't just cookies or something local.

But after logging into my Technut ID and then back in as poqclan, everything started working.

So I'm not sure what it was, but it's working now.

Often times, Gametracker may "log you out".

The page does not actively show that you are logged out.

Once you attempt to make changes to a page that require account authentication, you'll get the permission error, and i've dealt with this in several other areas.

When you see it, simply refresh the page and log in again if it's necessary.
