Help please, is there a way to report admin abuse on servers here if community of serv. is not responding???

If they have a group here, then yes. Or you can message the server manager assigned in the server page. I hope you are not talking about an actual admin who owns that specific community.

GameTracker has no interest in interfering with how server administrators run their servers.
