i had my server on good rank and with just a false report i lost it.

I was on the server as spectator where i saw the players with different ip and steam id using single names making it flood as if it look like fake players ..

once they report it makes thing we are doing fake players. But this is not the case we do have plugins that takes care of it.

Flood + Instant Report = De-rank.

That's a wonderful theory but it is simply not how it works.

No. We do not and will not 'white list' a server against de-ranking.
The security of your server is and remains your responsibility at all times.

All reports are investigated by an administrator who makes a determination at the time of investigation which could be anywhere between 1 minute and 36 hours after a report is made.
