Is the website still being maintained? I reported some servers 3 days ago and they still haven't been removed. The FAQ said reports would be looked at within 24 hours. Just want to know if my report was ignored for not having enough evidence.

Just look at the re-ranking requests: Requests for Server Reranking and Unbans or just the number of threads that this moderator has replied to...

We do not - as per stated rules / FAQs - reply to requests for information on;
1. Why wasn't a server that I reported de-ranked or;
2. Why was my server de-ranked.

Hello I am aware that you have been active, but as a moderator and community user I am guessing that there are a lot of things you are unable to do such as de-listing.

I feel like I've submitted ample evidence for the removal of the servers I reported and it has been 3 days already with no action taken. And the FAQ said these reports are being resolved within 24 hours so I thought that maybe the admins themselves were inactive.

If it is the case that I did not provide sufficient evidence, then I would like to know so I can submit more. I don't want to spam the report button. But if I don't get any kind of feedback, I don't know if they are just inactive, busy, or if the evidence isn't sufficient for them.

The administrators will deal with reports when they deal with them.
There will be no feedback.

There are often hundreds of reports in a day, many fake or mistaken, all must be dealt with.
It would take days to deal with the reports and requests made in a single day if everyone were to receive feedback, details and then carry on a discussion about who is right or wrong.

That is why it is not done.

TBH 24hrs is probably a bit optimistic these days.
There are, as you may have noticed, additional pressures on many people just now.

So would you be able to tell me at least how long on average it takes for a report to get resolved now?

That way I will know if say 4 days has past, then I can assume that they want more evidence.

I am also worried that they may ignore my report on accident because these servers only turn on their fake players during low population times.

Well it's been 7 days now and the servers still aren't banned even though multiple people have reported them. They are at the top of gametracker for a top game so I am not sure why they wouldn't be prioritized for removal.
