I have a server which I hosted on my PC with my IP Address as a server address, but recently they moved my router and my IP Address changed. So what do I do now?

The answer to that question is reason I posted the link that I posted.
No it is not possible to simply change IP or port on an existing server page. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support.
